Henley Royal Regatta is known as the world’s most reputable regatta. The annual event is considered one of the peak highlights in the summer sporting calendar and social season, attracting thousands of visitors over a 5 day period. Henley Regatta was first held in 1839 and has been held annually ever since, with the exception of the two World Wars. Originally staged by the Mayor and people of Henley as a public attraction with a fair and other amusements, the emphasis rapidly changed so that competitive amateur rowing became its main purpose. From this point Henley Royal Regatta has become an international event with the local town’s folk attending the events as well as visits from the Royal Family and visitors from across the country and over seas.

With the 4th and 5th of July being typically the busiest days for us during this event, we would recommend booking your desired minibus or coach as early as possible.
