At Nova Bussing our number one priority is to ensure a relaxed and fully engaged service throughout a client’s booking experience. We use a basic star rating system (out of 5) alongside a free-text section giving clients the option to write as descriptively as they wish to highlight their journey details. This gives clients the opportunity to freely express what they felt was good about the journey or elements they feel could be improved about our service or methodology.

As mentioned in an earlier Nova Bussing blog, ‘Luxury Self-Drive Minibus Hire‘, we discussed the availability of luxury self-drive minibuses. As far as we are aware, there are few, if any, luxury self-drive providers in England. This is due to a combination of vast insurance costs and general administration requirements needed to get the vehicle road-ready. Therefore, hiring a luxury minibus with all of the latest features is only half of what you should be expecting to receive.

Well it is safe to say that the RBS 6 Nations this year was both exciting and full of memorable moments, with highlights from individual players almost every match. With the F1 Grand Prix kicking off this weekend in Australia, many Formula One race enthusiasts are getting ready for the British Grand Prix this summer. Purchasing their tickets early, the excitement and anticipation of the weekend’s events are in full flow and preparing potential transport is essential.

Built on the site of a World War II Royal Air Force bomber station, Silverstone has hosted the Grand Prix since 1948 and plays a large part in British motoring heritage. Today, thousands of spectators flock to the race track every year to witness the F1 events and entertainment. Henley Regatta was first held in 1839 and has been held annually ever since, with the exception of the two World Wars. Originally staged by the Mayor and people of Henley as a public attraction with a fair and other amusements, the emphasis rapidly changed so that competitive amateur rowing became its main purpose. From this point Henley Royal Regatta has become an international event with the local town’s folk attending the events as well as visits from the Royal Family and visitors from across the country and over seas.

Nova Bussing Review of the RBS 6 Nations 2015

It has been a very productive time of year for us so far at Nova Bussing, with many luxury requirements for the RBS 6 Nations Rugby Tournament. We have already taken a number of bookings from clients requesting luxury minibuses and coaches for the previous RBS 6 Nations matches and can expect the quotes to continue throughout the following weeks.

One of our luxury 16 seater minibuses has just returned from a booking to a very unique hotel in Oxford. The Malmaison is a boutique Oxford hotel located in the Oxford Castle Quarter and has a very interesting history behind it’s reconstruction.

Located in a converted prison in a medieval castle, this boutique hotel is a great place to stay if you’re looking for something a bit more exciting than the average hotel in the city. One of the oldest, busiest and trendiest spots in the city, Oxford is a highly popular location for all sorts of day and night activities.

Cheltenham 2015 Review

From taking a look at our sales ledger this month it is safe to say that Cheltenham 2015 is going to be incredibly busy! With late bookings still flooding in this week, our luxury minibuses have proven to be extremely popular already this year, as well as our small luxury coaches with toilet/washrooms.
